Terms & Conditions

  • On accepting Hypnotherapy with Pam Richards it is agreed by the client that there are
    no guarantees of success & no refunds will be due or requested.
  • It is also understood any the client discloses any medical conditions that may influence the delivery of Hypnotherapy, regardless of the opinion of the client.
  • It is understood that a client is responsible for any disclosure of medication & any alteration of medications must be disclosed when in a therapy program, as they may affect the outcome of the service. Pam Richards reserves the right to discontinue with the service if any contra indications are apparent because of certain medications, dosages, &/or change in circumstances.
  • Pam Richards does not share clients with other hypnotherapists. If you are currently attending Hypnotherapy with another practitioner & wish to see us both at the same time please do not book.
  • It is also agreed that any adult client over the age of 18 is deemed to be of sound mind upon approaching, booking & accepting an appointment.
  • Pam Richards will not enter into any discussion with any person connected with her client, past present or future, either friends, relatives or concerned others, without the written consent of said client. This confidentiality is wavered in the case of serious harm or the concern for it being inflicted on another by said client, or legal requests from outside bodies on said client.
  • Pam Richards will not tolerate physical abuse from a client, said clients will be prosecuted.
  • Pam Richards does not provide home visits for clients.
  • Pam Richards consulting room is within her home, there are no waiting spaces for family & friends inside the property. As appointments are for One only, please attend alone. You are also not guaranteed a parking space directly out side of the therapy address.


Cancellation & Payments

 

  • Refunds will not be given for failure to notify non attendance of a prepaid session, nor for the Freedom Smoking Cessation Program.
  • Cancellation will ideally be within 48 hours prior to an appointment.
  • Payments for session can be by cheque, or card as well as cash.
