The Freedom Program is a cognitive program, a mix of Hypnosis, NLP, analyse, discussion & dedication to a principle of personal responsibility & choice.

 

You will no longer rely on your conscious will power.  Instead we will identify, challenge & change all of your personal smoking triggers & anxieties. There are 3 main reasons why people remain smokers. The first is due to beliefs set down by years of doing the same thing, listening to others & failed attempts at utilising your will power, all affirming beliefs that have kept you a prisoner to that old habit.

 

Secondly is the momentary need for instant gratification associated, which when faced with beliefs above makes smoking an easy choice, placed above the benefits of being a happy & healthy non smoker.

 

& thirdly humans are creatures of habit, yet habits can be broken – when you know how.

 

Freedom is designed to tackle each of these reasons head on & takes place over 4 sessions, although you can have more if you desire them.

 

Session 1: This session is a fact finding one, & 2 hours long. In this session we will discuss what is called the Freedom Philosophy, presented in a booklet which will become your bible. The principles set out within this booklet will open your mind to a new way of viewing your old smoking habit – they will, for most people, feel very alien. From this first session you will start the programs ‘homework’& the session can often also include therapy & hypnosis as needed.

 

Session 2: This session will be teaching you a very individualised self hypnosis routine.

 

Session 3 & 4: These session will be tailored for your own needs relating to your Smoking Cessation Journey.

If you wish to take full control of your life, to be full active in leaving your old habit of smoking behind you & personal responsibility for your actions & future, this unique program may be the route for you. There is no need to come to session with your stop smoking date at hand, or feeling that you have to stop that very day.

 

A lot of Hypnotherapists will not help people who are using medicated methods to become a non smoker, yet as they will not help you to change your mind in relation to your old habit you may find that Holistic Paths can still help you.

  • Practice a 15 - 30 second exercise with each craving.
  • Practice Self Hypnosis daily from session 2. Often done at sleep time, taking 10 - 15 minutes.
  • You will also need to take aspects of the program to heart & use them with every craving. 
  • You will have take home material, so you will have some reading to do.
  • Your fee will cover 4 sessions, 2 of those sessions will be structured (1 of those is an initial double session, support is offered between sessions).

 

The Freedom Program gives you the philosophy behind the program & the tools to do it, but it is you who has to implement it. It involves actively taking personal responsibility.
