All sessions are based around your individual concerns & personal weight issues. Holistic Paths will not perpetuate diet myths or unhealthy regimes, nor help anyone with an eating disorder to 'diet'. As with all sessions at Holistic Paths talking, discussion & finding pratical solutions will also form part of the therapy where needed. If your not sure which route to take we can discuss what is best for you.
